it might be but it has to be done

So Ralph can continue to be a stifling ass! I’ve seen more out of skinner than hall. There has been zero evidence that jack and hall can work together. At least I’ve seen skinner put up 40 goals with jack.

This coach is in over his head. Might be a great guy. Just like okposo. But he’s a piss poor coach. Just like Kyle is no longer good at hockey at the nhl level.

It’s fine if they want to swap skinner for hall. But it’s still rearranging the deck chairs on the titanic.

This team is franked.

Yes. I want him moved up cause you said Terry loves him. I’m trying to mitigate the damage. At least moving him up and putting in a Bruce or gallant gives us a coach that runs an nhl system and optimizes the lineup for more than 3 min a game

What makes you think he will do any better moving him up ? he will handcuff the next coach because it will start and stop with Krueger.

Gets him further away from the ice and I’d hope for more global synergy across pse... I hear city of Rochester and pse have some synergistic issues. Well, Ralph can go fix the synergy. And let the nhl coach. Well coach. As the director of synergy. Ralph will be in charge of any synergistic challenges throughout pse... the bills are currently in full synergy. He doesn’t need to worry about them.

You really think they'll be able to move him, without retaining or taking back a bad contract?

in part because they never tried to expand their market while they had the nhl

they treat nhl on nbc worse then european soccer

bettman should have 30 of these outdoor games a year, in north america

- homiedclown

If u have that many outdoor games,
then ppl will find them so commonplace they won’t care at all

Don't know but Skinner is the 2nd guy he called when he got hired after Eichel to talk with him about the direction of the team so I have no clue what his issues are.

Hard to say but the hope is Seattle may take a look with Ron Francis being there.

I would imagine that they'll follow the Vegas model - young, fast and cheap. I don't recall Vegas taking on any bad contracts. At the time MAF may have qualified as a questionable contract but nothing like Skinners.

True, we shall see what happens, but Vegas took on some contracts to get 1st rnd picks for players that never even played for them.

True, but I don't think they took on anything the size of Skinner. I can't imagine an owner wanting to get a first round pick at the expense of tens of millions of dollars. I wouldn't.

Could be right, gonna have to see, don't think the Kraken are gonna get anything like the Knights did, salaries are a lot different with being 4yr difference.

"I have a lot of respect for the noise certain decisions will make," Krueger admitted. "And in the end, quite clearly, my role is not to be popular here but to be respected at the end of the day. Whenever reckoning is on the table, it's the way we like to lead out of the coaching room here. Striving for honesty within accountability and also hopefully getting players to their potential in the end is my job, is our job."

He's the Richard Jauron of hockey. Players love him for some inexplicable reason despite the lack of success in the win column.

It seems that Skinner moving to the press box is more about getting him to waive his no trade clause then an opportunity for him to watch and learn. I see this coming to an end soon with a trade. Wouldn’t surprise me if it was for someone like Lucic to add some much needed grit.

Take out the 1st maybe but that's it.

Let me get this straight...
Seattle would take a 28 yo player earning $9m for 6 more seasons who has produced a total of 14G's over the last 1-1/4 seasons for another player who has produced exactly nothing in 2+ years of trying?

They likely could snag Mitts for nothing in the draft...so where is the inducement to make paying 11% of their Cap as a boat anchor attractive?

Maybe Pegs is gonna take him for a boat ride on the new yacht, and tie that anchor to his ankle. Ralph did deliver him a wrapped fish in newspaper

Or, you know, you could play Skinner on Eichel's line and watch him score at a 40 goal pace again - AND earn that contract in the process as a bonus.

Why can't they see this ?? Is it me ? It's him, right ? (said in Martin Short/ Nathan Thurm character voice).
