He's apparently requested a trade. The market is so cash strapped, I think the return would be startlingly low for a player of his ability but we shall see.

Heard the same thing from an old staff member of the Botterill regime. Since the new Management was put into place there hasn’t been much said. Maybe they have reached out to him and addressed his concerns which could have been the old regime themselves. Gotta think The Sabres will do all they can to keep him. Hard to trade a talent like that and get the same value/production back.

Seems a bit pouty and female dogy but love to have him none the less. I think he’s gone within the next year. Buffalo is an absolute, never ending, tire fire.
