I hate to say this, but it looks like a country club.

well Timmins has been there wayyy longer than any coach or GM, so they haven't always kept the same personnel, but I know what you mean by "country club"... and the moves you mention (Tatar and Byron) perhaps weren't the best ones to go with and/or the way they were presented to the team didn't resonate well with anyone, hence all this apparent negativity surrounding the club
