Plus Rousell is frustrated out there as he know his days are numbered. He has not been the same coming back off that big injury. He is pretty much 100% useless now and Green having him on PK1 shows that Green either doesn't give a sh!t...or literally has no clue where to go from here and these are desperation moves by the coach.

Miller - Horvat - Virtanen (North-South power line, Miller helps Bo with playmaking)
Pearson - Sutter - MacEwen (this line would be decent if we had an actual 3C)
Gaudette/Roussel - Beagle - Hawryluk (I don’t know)


Also down to give that Michaelis kid a shot on the 4th line. Tired of seeing Sutter/Beagle/Roussel being slow as (frank) and not being able to forecheck.

Fact is, there were better players for him to go after, and the timing was horrible. Zmac against Forbort is a perfect example of doing the job right. Suckering a soft Fin in a meaningless board battle is the exact opposite.

Seen a comment from Satiar Shah about Mtl fired their coaches because they went all in this year and not achieving goals. He said Canucks plan was not to go all in.

I agree that Canucks did not go all in this offseason. When Green was asked if he was concerned because of what happened in Montreal today he responded quickly and said it is not the same.

This part is directed at you now. As a fan are you excited about two high draft picks ? It is also probably going to tell Hughes you are not getting 7-8 mil? A lot of contracts are coming off the books very soon and the team has a good core despite the criticism here.

I am beginning to get the feelin the owner sat down with the GM and coach at the beginning of the year and said do not sign contracts longer than two years. He probably said whatever happens happens and we will see where we stand next year . ( I am guessing at this last part) .

The new season is suppose to start in October and Vaccines in Canada are suppose to be available in September .It is possible that next year is just another year like this one.
