I will keep arguing

I’d support Roussel punching a puppy
At this point. I’m that frustrated with snowflake hockey

Green will go back to his original lines by the 5 minute mark of the 2nd period

I’d be down to try this for a few games:

Hoglander - Pettersson - Boeser (skill line)
Miller - Horvat - Virtanen (North-South power line, Miller helps Bo with playmaking)
Pearson - Sutter - MacEwen (this line would be decent if we had an actual 3C)
Gaudette/Roussel - Beagle - Hawryluk (I don’t know)

Also down to give that Michaelis kid a shot on the 4th line. Tired of seeing Sutter/Beagle/Roussel being slow as (frank) and not being able to forecheck.

I think it's time to start rotating in some new guys. I mean, how much worse could Hawryluk or Michaelis be than Rous and Beagle at this point?

I dream of a day with a fast, physical bottom 6 like the Blues and Knights had, those guys were wearing down the Canucks D on the forecheck

Kassian is injured from his last bout of knuckle chucking, but Khaira or Nurse could deal with Roussel. No need to on the play though, it was an idiot move that hurt your team, i was happy no Oil other than RNH jumped in there.
- Beergu

Oh ya Khaira or Nurse could deal with Rousell easy I didn't know Kassian was out. Didn't really see the play/punch but I heard Rousell and Pulljoojaarvi were jostling before Rousell clocked him. Maybe he deserved it I don't know but it's clear Rouser's time as an NHL'er is almost up...and he knows it.

Do Tampa, Florida, Colorado and Toronto play tough? The league has moved on. I like a bit of grit, but that’s not the issue imo.

I would be fine if the team weren't a bunch of cream puffs.

True even if the club lost and they played tough and hard every night that would be awesome and the wins would come.

Friedman on Tim and Sid:

'Canucks have a great coach in Green just not sure he wants to be there or if they want hime there' lol

Then McLennan over on Overdrive says: 'Green might be a good fit to coach MTL...modern players guy with a classic approach'...

uh wut?

If they played with the effort of the Sens they would probably be in a playoff spot right now.

Just have to go 22-10-1 to be on the bubble. I think they probably need 23-9-1 to make it. That would be 65 points (95 equivalent)

I take Friedman's Vancouver info with a grain of salt. He loves stirring the anger of the VanFan. He is a troll.
