Most of those teams have plenty of speed. The Canucks aren’t fast or tough.

I agree, i think JB wants to build for speed but his fastest guys are d(hughes and schmidt). That being said he hasn’t drafted much speed up front so it really is on him. JV is fast but smart like truck... everyone else is nothing exceptional.

I think he may still some day, we’ll see but it certainly could happen. Great special teams coach, no brainer there imo.

The problem would be the hole on our top line without JTM.
No one to replace him internally, would mean overpaying in free agency.

Thoughts on Howling Bluff? Bought some Pinot, it’s good. Hear the Sem/Sauv is good. Driven by several times but never been in.

I’ve never actually been in. For whatever reason I just keep on missing it. Great wine though. Really nice Pinot.

Miller - Horvat - Virtanen (North-South power line, Miller helps Bo with playmaking)
Pearson - Sutter - MacEwen (this line would be decent if we had an actual 3C)
Gaudette/Roussel - Beagle - Hawryluk (I don’t know)


Also down to give that Michaelis kid a shot on the 4th line. Tired of seeing Sutter/Beagle/Roussel being slow as (frank) and not being able to forecheck.
