Probably for the best. Any re-re-remake of this team would probably need to be in the offseason. Short of aging Suzuki and Kotkaniemi a couple years there isn't much that's going to make this team a world beater any time soon.

I think in the offseason most of us thought they'd finish around 4th in the division. Now that that's where they are we're upset because as fans we always want more until we get it all

I think Staal was his big swing. Knowing him he'll bring in two more bottom six forwards and a 6 to 8 d who is big but can't skate and is full of CHaracter.

They'll make the playoffs and that'll be enough for Molson to keep MB and we'll repeat the cycle of meh
