First.
Hall sucks. You are right, there are some seriously obsessed fans who still want this guy back despite it being a terrible idea for too many reasons.

The only terrible reason to bring Hall back would be the money.
He's not worth north of $6mil, maybe not even that right now |

With regards to Hall not coming back to the Oilers, I will look at this one the same way I did in their loss on getting Markstrom. Sometimes the trades that don't pan out are a blessing in disguise.

If he is the locker room cancer that he is rumored to be then he wouldn't be worth a mil. I would assume (and hope) he has matured a lot since being an early twentys "stud" on a poopty team. If that's the case and he is willing to play for Connor and Leons team, I wouldn't be opposed to him coming back for a 3x6 deal at the absolute most. There are a lot of other players I would prefer on the wing first though. And that would only be after getting a Nuge deal done. |

Nah, I'm not in my teens anymore.
I will however, continue to insult Eklund with his claims that he is the source lol |

The Rakell/Manson roomer was an interesting one, but what would we have had to give up, and then that is $8 mil of salary on the books that would have to be figured out. |

I wouldn't take Manson in that trade.
Rakell is cheap and a little bit easier to make cap work (only need to send a million back)
They NEEDED a left wing. Them not doing anything is a big mistake. |

Get back to me when 39 year old Smith comes back to earth or retires and the Oilers don't have a goalie

Oh FFS, how do you know he didn't try?
Vrana is a solid player, we don't have an equal payer we could have used in the trade |

Presser,
Asked if he was close to adding an impact forward, said he wasn't close to trading for a player, and they weren't going to be impactful.
New management, continues to disappoint. |

Wow, so no goalies will be available through trades or free agency this off season???
Damn you're dumb dude. |

Oilers were linked to Elvis Merzlikins, but it'd be a summer move. That's if Columbus would want to trade him. Not a lot of great free agent tenders coming. Rask is probably the best, but has had a not so great season. Could easily be a decline like Holtby.
Trade is the only way.
Or wait for Skinner. |

Or maybe they take into account the fact that giving up assets in a season full of unknowns given the covid situation, isn't the best time to go for it. Now make like a bottle of orange gatorade and (frank) OFF!!!! |

You always go for it bro.
Also why you coming after orange gatorade pal? That poop is awesome.
Off topic here, but thoughts on the Jays season thus far? |

You have McDavid in his prime and a relatively weak path to the conference finals.
Obviously you go for it
Next year Vegas will be waiting in round one or two if you get there.
Could win the cup this year only having to face 9 teams total...I would bet on a first round loss now. |

Just have to come up with something random when I tell you to (frank) OFF, nothing against orange gatorade.
Honestly I haven't even seen a ball game yet and can't even tell you what the jays record is. I did notice there big free agent signing was hurt end of pre-season and didn't start the season. So you will have to tell me how they are doing cause I have no clue. |
