Maybe tonight is the night Tippett snipes one.
But that will happen after Bennett intros himself to the home crowd by scoring on his first shift, finishing off a play he starts rolling with an aggressive forecheck.

Bummer about the blog. I don't want to nag, but SAVE often.

Duclair and Vatrano really showed their speed against TBL. I think team speed could be a difference maker in a playoff series, particularly if the Panthers can score on the breakaways. Their speed can really open things up for the Panthers.

For tonight, if the Panthers can score early and often, I think CBJ's will to fight has been drained. But if they let the Jackets hang around, it could be another nail biter. I like Barkov, Bennett, and Vatrano to put pucks in the net tonight.

With TBL and CAR playing, we have to avoid scoreboard watching, but we could be back in 1st place in the morning. CAR has a tough road trip this week with back to back vs TBL, then two straight at BB&T. Good opportunity for the Panthers to seek some positive separation in the standings. That #1 seed is looking vitally important.

Let's keep the pedal to the metal.

Worse part about Yandle and the streak isn’t that he’s played all those games it’s that the coach won’t bench him and be the one. Goldie said last week when Yandle was possible going to get benched about a month or so ago that the coach couldn’t because the players wouldn’t like that. Give me a f’ing break.

Also...so true about speed. It’s a huge factor because it puts teams on their heels - and that goes for all levels.

That’s so tough stuff to hear.

Weegs is down now too? My word remember when we were doing so well on the injury front for so long and now its every other game someone goes down. Need hags and cookie back in cause i need 2 of tippett, wallmark, and juho out. That line got penned in too many times last game. Tippett was an absolute nightmare at clearing the puck

Didn’t realize Knight was the backup tonight.
