If teams are balking at moving back 7 spots for him, then it's honestly baffling.

Current rumors suggest they could move up to 12 by trading him.

I just don't understand the "he hasn't been traded yet so his value is low" logic. Trades work completely different in the NFL. You can get a star player for a mid-round pick. Getting one by only moving back 7 spots in the draft is unheard of.

He’s not negotiating.

He’s had two down years.

He wants to go to a new team and a prove it and then get a correct extension off of that.

He’s not going to take basically a pay cut from the Bills just to fit him under the cap.
