Coki is very nice, don't get me wrong, the beach is a little rough. Magen Bay will cost you a extra 5 bucks, but it's nice. St. Thomas is just a fun place.

my problem is they always go to tortola on that cruise and I struck out at both beaches there

There’s a 0.00% chance Ristolainen agrees to, let alone signs an extension a year before his deal is up

People are "into" different shat.

Crags doesnt like guys that make noise ramming the boards. I do, it's better than doing absolutely nothing.

Great28 and viking55 are ALLTIME SABRES.

Risto is top 7 or 8 in many defenseman (offensive) career categories.

Great28 is going to be a 1000 game silver sword sabre.

- Boss34

Couldn't be further from the truth, Boss. I have a foligno jersey. I appreciate gritty play and I agree the team could use more. I just dont care for Girgensons spinning, missing checks and falling backwards into the boards, thus completely removing himself from the play. The delay is then made longer because he has to adjust his ill-fitting helmet when he gets up

sad thing is

if girgens and risto were playing for other teams, and then came here

most would have the same hope for them as they have for say Bjork

As Chad D says, they should expose him and dare Seattle to take him.

they don't play him 24 minutes a night, whoever the coach is, and then give him away

people are acting like he is getting the bogo treatment

there is a reason why every year he leads them in ice time

Does it correlate with the turnover in head coaching and management teams since he started playing those minutes in the first place ?

Sorry to misjudge you. Anything foligno instantly validates effort worship.

And :

Erod looks like a very competent nhl player.
May become a (phil) mccracken with the expansion process.

Absolutely, but I get the "new faces" 7 years of losing mantra. But why replace the players that add physical play on a team full of non physical players?

Then complain about being soft.

Bjork looks good as well. No one hates him yet.

Key word yet.

Is there anyone on this team that anyone likes?

Bash Eichel because he is not a PPG - .95PPG by the way;
Reinhart is slow and was picked at 2 so he sucks;
Risto sucks but heaven knows we can trade him for elite;
and the list goes on.

Absolutely not.

Bjork has limited NHL time

Girgensons and Ristolainen have been around FOREVER

Lack of development
Lack of drafting
Lack of talent

But, one guy shows up and is ready to go, game in and game out. Shift in and shift out.
Young and strong. Durable.

Skunk has had more blind pass turnovers in the offensive zone. Dahlin has had more d-zone turnovers than Risto. Hall fell as much as Gus.

Prove me wrong.

Well that's obviously changing. So if they're keeping him, he needs about 5 minutes less/game.

no, usually we go out of cape canaveral and pretty much stuck with the same 2 virgin islands and bahamas on east cruise

west cruise is usually jamaica (dump), cozumel, georgetown and costa maya (dump)

the 10 day western included a private island in belize which was really nice

going to have to go out of miami to see nicer spots, and it's a much longer drive for me

I’m so confused why we’re comparing Reinhart and Ristolainen

One is actually really good, excelling at a different position and is on pace for a career high in goals if it were a full year

The other one has been demoted, is playing against teams bottom lines and still getting murdered with shots and goals because he can’t think the game

The first option for the Kings to look at currently with the Buffalo Sabres is a player who is slowly becoming “the other Rasmus” on his team, Rasmus Ristolainen. The big Finn — standing at 6-foot-4 and weighing 218 pounds — is an absolute unit on the ice and uses his size well. Currently fifth in the league for hits by a defenseman with 112, he loves to throw his weight around. He has also finished the last three seasons with 200-plus hits, so the Kings would be able to rely on him for a high volume of hits consistently.
While Ristolainen’s career so far has been a mixed bag, I think being able to play second fiddle to Doughty would be a great thing for him. Having led the Sabres in average time on ice every season since 2015-16, a slightly more sheltered role on the Kings’ second pairing could bring out the best in Ristolainen. It’s also important to remember that he is not just a brute on the back end — he’s been consistently putting up 40-plus points in his eight-year NHL career. He also has the potential to score some highlight-reel goals, something Brent Burns learned the hard way."

For the record, I get his shortcomings and have no problem moving on from him. But way too many people spend way too much time watching his every move waiting for any little misstep so that they could be the first to point something out. It's really ridiculous
- Michael Pachla

Well of course we have to focus and be at the ready to jump on him...he makes his first of 30 boneheaded plays about 10 seconds into the game.
