Gallant would seem like an easy choice.
That said it’s unrealistic to expect Seattle to have similar success to Las Vegas. But they could be respectable right away and that is a lot better then what this league use to put expansion teams thru. |

Not sure they picked the right GM, Francis's career as a management person Is so far a very small sample size AND not very good. |
