I do love the idea that there needs to be a COMMITTEE of some sort to dish out suspensions. Why is it one hack that decides it?

Someone suggested having a former player like Kariya or Savard as part of a committee. That would be great. They get it, they know the affects of it.

It should really be 3-4 people that come up with the suspensions, not just one.

I believe it’s supposed to be discussed by those in the DoPS collectively. The old group was bad but at the videos provided a partial explanation for decisions.
