The problem is obviously at the top. Dolan makes Charles Wang look good. Maybe Dolan can work out a deal to sell to John Spano.

Brooks’ article hints at a schism between JD/Gorton and Dolan. Wouldn’t be surprised if this is really just Dolan telling them to go fck themselves bc he can.

As of 2:45pm today I am officially of the opinion that Trouba, Panarin and Fox forced their way onto the team and Kakko and Laf fell into their laps. K'Andre, Kravtsov, Lundkvist were products of a great scouting department. Gorton was just along for the ride

Like many of you, I assume this had to do with the events of the past 48 hours. I don’t believe Davidson/Gorton had anything to do with last night’s NYR statement; it was Dolan-driven....(1/2)

However, there is word Dolan was unhappy with this NYR season and wanted to make a change. Seems crazy to me, because they have a come a long, long way in two years...but he’s the owner.

You lose Panarin for a stretch. You lose Trouba as well. Zib is a shell. There is no real training camp or any normalcy to this season. But yeah, let's fire the two guys that have helped form this team into what it is in such a short amount of time.
