Barzal is really good. So is Coots. Not sure why both can't be true.

He had 2 goals, 2 assists. Neither registered a point in Game 7. I would say neither player won the series for there team.

I know. Let alone calling the blog writer a clown because he gave his opinion. This place is hilarious.

The key is "they" beat the Flyers. The Isles were a better team. Barzal played really well no doubt but he did not win the series for the Isles.

Also for the record, if we are picking a player for right now I would take Coots. If we are picking a player for the next 5-10 years the obvious answer is Barzal.

Typical mouth breather. It’s not even worth explaining anything to you.
Surgeons don’t wear masks to prevent viral transmission instead to keep respiratory droplets from dropping into exposed tissue etc.
You, must comply be a good comrade wear a mask don’t ask questions. Mask your toddlers and children.
Mask up while you jog, mask up while alone on a beach on a blustery day.
If it makes you feel better then wear a mask.

Have you considered that the virus requires a vehicle?
That wearing a mask decreases the emission into the open air of viral loaded droplets?
And using the term mouth breather is odd when we speak of a disease that spreads through the air?
To the pro maskers, you can also be infected through your eyes by droplets.
Those not wearing masks have declared themselves to be enemies of the commonweal.
"Airborne transmission is infection spread through exposure to those virus-containing respiratory droplets comprised of smaller droplets and particles that can remain suspended in the air over long distances (usually greater than 6 feet) and time (typically hours)." (Google Reply)
In other words, it's droplets, (put an insulting noun here).
The following of experts will separate the 'lackeys' from the dead and diseased.
Picking the wrong team out of concern of appearing to be compliant, to be a functioning member of the greater society, is a choice, and blindingly stupid.
Let me say it this way, nobody normal likes you, and they will never like you because you are undeserving of love, by your opposition to the sane policy. Why would they?
And like many of the right, you like being a mere PIA to the educated. Have you looked into PSYCHOtherapy?

he has not paid his FAIR SHARE!!!

Rich people are evil and fishy by nature -- how do you accumulate wealth and not share it with thos who need it, and more importantly, do not deserve others people money?

Two hallmarks of a moron:

1. Thinking in cliches
2. Believing others think in cliches.

Here is the data from the CDC, see below. Keep in mind some employers or travelers require tests prior to, so some of the Asym positives would come from there. Still early, need more data but you have to like the trend on break throughs. I think a lot of us have now been conditioned for ZERO risk, that is just not rational. Here in SFL I know a lot of front line workers, I know a lot of folks at the 3 rinks from adult and kid hockey. On the adult side, after vaccination they tend to appreciate the freedom and the be less diligent with mask wearing, hang out more together. Hockey has been going on since September for the kids and adults, no masks on the ice. In both cases little to no spread. It shocked me really but lends itself to the idea that spread takes place inside with not so great ventilation, crowded and where people hang for a long while. I just started to play hockey again in Feb. With the front line workers I think it speaks to the effectiveness of the vaccine. On hockey I think it speaks to ventilation and crowd size, rinks use the ventilation system that is considered the best as it relates to Covid, similar to airplanes I believe. Again, I take precautions.

There needs to be more data and my experience that I shared is a small local sample but it is a good trend and at some point we all need to realize risk exists everyday.

For all you folks about Covid and its origins, should it be the Wuhan virus etc. I would suggest looking into Josh Roggin Chaos under heaven, liberal journalist but a journalist. Don't just read the headlines, his work is spun by both sides. He bashes Trump but he lays out the facts for you to decide in a fair way. READ don't listen to the media

I wish everyone the best
no more for me, all hockey now, well 2 games

Flyers will win the cup next year

Thanks.

I don't understand the visceral need of some to politicize everything. I honestly don't see why a discussion of vaccine breakthrough cases should have anything to do with culture wars. I want Seth Jones more than any other player for Flyers. Seth Jones is perhaps, and his dad is apparently, a Trump supporter. Who cares?

A lot of these anti-maskers are basically unusually stupid people. It is apparent from their other comments. As such, perhaps what we are watching is just evolution at work.

Israel is a country also with a lot of political discord. But they are the world leader in vaccinations. Part of their huge success, and the consequent reopening of their society, is because they implemented measures like the Green Pass, which is either a document or a status app on your phone that shows your vaccination status and which allows you to enter public places/get jobs and so on only if you can present the pass.

I wish we could do something like that in this country. Care for your "freedom"? Dude: knock yourself out, and your unlucky family. Just stay clear of us and pay the price.

I want to roll with Eichel/Coutourier/Giroux down the middle and then figure the rest out.

At least it's a change for a team that NEEDS one in the worst way.
