Hes an elite goal scorer.
Get a coach to get his head out of his ass, and not just be an ass like Torts.

He's at 13% this year for CBJ. His highest since shooting percentage since shooting 18% in his sophomore season. This Laine is much closer to the true Laine than the rookie/sophomore laine

I think he'll bounce back under a non-torts coach when the BJs move on from Torts (assuming Columbus picks up his QO) but for all the poop Sam gets for being a 2oa pick, I'd take him every day of the week over Laine
