They have 4 reg season. I'd give him the day off for game 1 too. Why not. Not like the players association would let them Raffi Torres a guy making 5.5mil for 40-50 points. He's like their golden boy.

the Leafs have become really good at shot suppression in tight games. it's what will make them such a challenge in the playoffs. because they have the gamebreakers to excel at that style.

that said the Habs did generate some high quality chances over those 2 periods. there have been many nights in recent years where Montreal piles up 40+ shots and barely any of them are remotely challenging saves for the goalie.
