it is over. no matter who is in charge of discipline these things still happen. They basically banned torres from the league (without saying it). It's up to the NHLPA to be flexible with punishment because they will always intervene if a suspension is too harsh.

get rid of parros then it's get rid of the next person when they don't like a soft suspension.
