Got to imagine it's easier to lure a new Head Coach in when they can have input on their assistants. Martin was good for us this year but got to let the new coach have a say if we want to bring in someone noteworthy. Fingers crossed for Gallant

Thats that. Everyone fired except for Allaire.

Surprising that Martin was let go after how well they played under him defensively, but I get it. Clean slate. Dont want to pressure the new HC coming in to have to take on a left over assistant.

Drury definitely has a big say in things. Dolan trusts him so hopefully he knows what he’s doing haha

Kakko is very much in play when talking about Eichel, don't think for a second that Buffalo is going to part with him and not get someone better than Chytil who I'd pair with Kakko and a 1st if Eichel's health is ok

I think Drury was spared because of Sather who physically caan't be a 24/7 GM, only the puppet master, can wait for that fool to be put in a home, Drury also was the only one out the 3 who didn't say no to that ego maniac Dolan
