He’s not a prospect anymore. He’s in the NHL. So yes, other than Pod, none of our prospects are A level. A few B level and C level.

Pretty bare 😉

It's pretty convrnient to say we don't have any prospects once our team is 75% 24 and under. But ok!

Rookies next year: podz, rathbone(at a minimum) possibly Lind, Gadj. Woo looks pretty good defensively for a rookie. See how he looks next year, not worried about him at all as he adds pounds and is already quite physical.

Sorta...it would be nice to have a few guys developing with potential....always?

Especially when you’re a bottom 10, maybe bottom 5 team.

I’m also team Pom pom - buts it’s the truth.

Any teams farm system is going to get shallow when you have 1 Calder winner (out), 2 finalists over the last 3 seasons, and most of your prospects playing at the end of a dead season.

Bench all players that try and display youthful exhuburance.

This is my point. The team will be younger next year, utica will have some rookies and young guys in bigger roles.

True, but I think shipping a few out for peanuts and giving up picks also plays a factor. Not having a pick until the 3rd round last year is going to create a hole for any team.

Woo is one of the guys that quietly impresses me when I watch Utica games. He doesn't seem flashy nor put up boatloads of points, but he plays hard and sticks up for his teammates.

So funny...to get called up for a game with quarantine wait genius.

I even got what you meant when you said Utica instead of laughing at how uninformed you are that AHL team is moving to Abbotsford.

this draft is more of a crapshoot... they'll get diamond in the rough or dud wherever they wind up.

Picking top 5 or 10 not important?

If he outshines Chatfield in camp he might get a call up next season.
