Classic Canuck's MO. Zero return on assets.

I mean, if you were a grocer and owned a moldy apple it is still technically fruit, you just aren’t going to sell it and instead toss it in the compost pile.

Jim just has a green thumb.

One of the few things to look forward to in Canuck land. A new Carol column

I guess there's the draft, and nerd stuff.

I think we can look forward to a series of moral victories and a 25th place finish.

"Over the next 10 days, the Canucks will play seven games in four different cities. Three of those games are back-to-back sets."

Ya not sure how the boys are going to fare with that schedule

Nope, you turn that moldy apple into fruit salad and sell it for a profit.

Doesn't look good bro. The first one wasn't great either but if you disassociate yourself from the books I guess it wasn't too bad lol.

Green will have them ready. Hopefully Green is locked up soon and we can move on.

Edler gone...Rathbone in. Pods in. Pearson to third line lol. Holtby in Seattle. Gonna be a good off-season.

My 10 year old is infatuated with the movie and character. He’s stoked for the sequel.

- Buy out Erickson
- Terminate JV
- resign QH and EP to very reasonable bridge deals that expire before UFA
- Beagle and Rousell announce they are done and LTIR for next year
- Ian Clarke resigned

Heard the first was garbage, don't feel optimistic about the 2nd after watching that.

It's such a shame because Venom and Carnage are 2 of the best Marvel villains

Canucks need a top to bottom management change, aside from Ian Clark.

Also, don't think Green will be pushing the boys too much, they're going to start to get the young guys in (Gadj and Lockwood coming up) so I don't think they're going to be doing much.

I say 2-5 over the next 7, put themselves 28th OA and move up to the number 2 pick

you don't believe in the 15 year vision? sheesh! typical impatient canucks fan!

don't you know that the average gm tenure is 15 years. when was the last time a gm got fired before having a decade to turn around a team?

The whole organization needs a shake up. Just when I think I am apathetic to the team, they find new (and very stupid) ways to irk me.

It shouldn't have, but the latest was the whole Conner hits 100 points thing. Not only were people bugging the players postgame about how great his season has been, but the team twitter account also saying congrats? Its really stupid that it bugs me, its fine to show respect to your opponent but after a poop season have some self-respect. It just came across pathetic. Glad Demko was irritated by it

I was a comic book guy in my youth, especially between the ages of 7-12. Saved most of my collection to pass along to my kids, which I have. Video games are the only thing that I’ve kept going from my youth. Well, that and masturbation.

Funny to think that when I was young comic book were considered trash literature and now teachers see comics as a legitimate learning tool to get kids into reading. How times have changed.

My GF is a Professor of Literature and Poetry at a college down here, and one of her classes is completely on graphic novels and comics as literature/contemporary writing.

it's the equivalent of giving participation trophies to everyone. they'll try anything to have the kids read or be physically active.

slow walk to idiocracy.

Benning will use it to select another 5'10" 172 lb player, either one of the ultra soft Swedes, Eklund or Lysell.
- Reubenkincade

Incredible that he was supposedly all about “meat and potato” players. He is all about skill. Hence our incredibly soft composition
