Could Seattle be a possibility if the the Sabres faithful believe Eichel is done in Buffalo.
Maybe along the lines of Seattle's 2021 1st (probable top 5), a goalie from the expansion draft (Allen, khudobin, DeSmith) , and maybe 2 other draft picks acquired in expansion draft trades that are top 60 picks, with no salary retention....
Is that in the ballpark?

Getting closer, but I think the Sabres need someone to play on that top line, immediately. Preferably a center.
I like the idea, it would also allow the Sabres to protect borgen , timber and asplund ect. |

I have no clue and I don't think anyone on the outside does either on how to fix this team. But why the flip are the peguals so stubborn with how things operate.
It's obvious they need a Presdient of ops like Rutherford or Davidson to name a few. Why has this not happened yet?
It's so infuriating that the peguals keep trying to fix this on their own. At this point it's insanity to continue operating without major changes to the front office.
Knowledgeable hockey minds with proven success are desperately needed or things will never change. They also need the ability to run things without interference from the top. |
