We are also getting back to the root cause of the issue here and it was team composition. That falls on management, and more importantly, it falls on Terry and Kim.

The bigger mistake by maybe x100 is failing to put a competent team around him to even push for the playoffs one time.

Couple that with incompetent management and ownership and I’m not surprised he’s done.

These kids have at most, 15-17 years of pro hockey. It’s a short career. He shouldn’t waste it here

Ah not bad. We had to have him tested for covid because we're going on a trip on Friday to see family and couldn't bring him without the covid test, because he was exposed at daycare. Asymptomatic all week, I was pretty stressed about it. I'd have to keep him home from daycare an additional 14 days, wouldn't be able to go on this trip that we all really look forward to.. woulda been a mess.

And I was still awaiting the results on Monday, while watching that Eichel fiasco. I was prime stressed.


The negative test result was a welcome reprieve.

Wow, sorry to hear that, but glad the test came back negative. Hope you guys have a good trip. The Shoulder is doing, got the stitches and such out last Thursday and actually had my first PT Session yesterday. Just trying to get movement back right know and squeezing a nerf ball.

Funny had my first PT session yesterday at UB Orthopedic and had some good conversation with my therapist about the Eichel situation, got some really interesting takes on it.
