The change for the Draft this year is the Lottery is only for spots 1 and 2.
Next season, the limitation on jumping up "only" 10 spots kicks in, and the limitation of picking 1st only 2 times in 5 year span (I think its 5).

So, CBJ could certainly move up to 1, the Sabres could fall to 2 or 3.

I don't have the most recent NHL Draft Values, but having the 1st pick is probably equivalent to having say 5th and 6th, or 3rd and 7th ... those are going to be close.
I bring that up because having the 1st OA is most likely worth more than receiving 2 1st rounders in a trade.

Elvis ths Goalie would be valuable as well, while Korpisalo isn't a very good get IMO.
I would not place a high value on Domi..so very inconsistent...playing more like a 3rd liner.

So your trade proposal to me is underwhelming with Korpisalo and Domi...I'd want better and believe they could up the ante with Elvis M. and Roslovic.
I think I would still want better...maybe pry out one of their latter 1sts as well.
IDK, none of that is overly thrilling to me.
