I like Perry, but if he's in over Caufield who's been racking up points lately on a team that struggles offensively, DD and Bergevin both deserve steel toed kicks in the balls. I do think Perry deserves it more than Armia. Staal doesn't deserve to be in the NHL period, but I'm sure the (frank)ing politics are at play.

I like Perry, but if he's in over Caufield who's been racking up points lately on a team that struggles offensively, DD and Bergevin both deserve steel toed kicks in the balls. Staal doesn't deserve to be in the NHL period, but I'm sure the (frank)ing politics are at play.

I can live with CC being left off for first (and maybe second) game IN Toronto... but if he is left off only for Staal to play, I have lost confidence in the management and coaching for this team.

As I said the other day, by rule, I can't bet against the Habs. Not planning to change any time soon.

I had a friend in university who was a Sens fan (no, really) and he used to bet against the Sens all the time under the belief he'd be happy regardless of the results. Always found it to be an interesting approach

We know it's going to happen... neither DD or Bergevin have the stones to be involved in any sort of controversy. CC sitting at all is complete BS and inexcusable. He's been solid defensively and putting up more points than half of the veterans on this team. What the (frank) has Armia done that he would deserve a spot over him? Byron and Lehkonen have been good lately, but still not as good as CC. Staal, I can't even get started without making myself (frank)ing furious.
