They’re going to have to get through us first to even have a chance

Goaltending is always key in the playoffs.
If Bruins limit the Caps in PP opportunities, I take Bruins in 6. If Wilson “accidentally” goes high on McAvoy, Caps in 7.

on paper, B's do have the goalie advantage, but they also did first time seeing Holtby. I think its the PP that will be the differnece, Bruins aren't the most disciplined team, and the Caps powerplay is nasty.

As much as I like Swayman, I can't help but feel like we are prematurely naming him the next coming of Rask. I don't think a season like this is the best to use as a measuring block of what his career trajectory will be. We've only seen him play a handful of NHL teams (and that's being REALLY nice to Buffalo). I think/hope he will be a solid #1 guy in the NHL, but I think we need to slow this hype train down just a bit.

This! If the Bruins move to fast with the kid they will ruin him.

Putting pressure on a young goalie isn’t risky at all...

he's not the next coming of Rask, he's the next coming of Frank Brimsick.

Well. I’m a (frank)ing idiot. Bruins are in the east. Blues cannot face them until the finals. Damn division realignment has me all sorts of (frank)ed up. So does the whiskey I’ve been drinking since yesterday

Going for a walk. I need smokes. Ha ha

Edit: Gotta love walking your neighborhood streets strapped with a knife and knuckles and know those are not enough if the wrong person approaches.

Gotta love St. Louis( or anywhere)

Good news is... we went to OT without much help from Bergeron and Marchand.
Bad news is ... we didn't get much help from Bergeron and Marchand.
