So many people are going to be disappointed the day after the Expansion Draft when these players get signed by their respective teams so they didn't have to be protected.

Braden Schneider named the winner of the Bill Hunter Memorial Trophy as the 2020-21 WHL Defenseman of the Year. Schneider beat out fellow NYR prospect Matthew Schneider for the award

I think Buch could get us a nice return, not sure I want to trade him though unless he’s part of a package for a 1/2C.

Whatever they do, Shesty needs to be resigned now… as well as Zib, Fox, Kakko and Krav next year.

Watch a few clips of him, everywhere u read it’s that he’s a skilled player, good skater with an edge to his game and doesn’t back down from anyone. I’d compare his game to a more skilled Lemeuix. He can definitely throw them also when needed but I think he adds more skill than Lemeuix did. (He was captain of the Russian WJC)
- nyrangers9479

Better fighter than Lemeuix too! As I mentioned earlier, Hartley could still be on mix for HC. Kostin played on Hartley KHL championship team.

Man I hate TBL and their smug coach but if it’s between them and the icegirls i guess I have to root for them.

He's going nowhere. Especially after making sure his crew got paid first.

They’re saying CAR is offering around 1.8 a year, the Rangers just gave 1st time head coach David Quinn 2.4 per year, they could easily offer him 3+ and at that point it would be tough to turn down.

Did Trautwig get caught jerking off in the studio or something? Guy was there for like 30 years and then like that gone without any fanfare or any send off. Anybody else find that odd?

It certainly would, except this is his TEAM that has grown together, that includes assistants and trainers as well as players.
I really don't see him chasing the money unless things fall apart and he stuck around when the situation wasn't optimal.

Saw an article a while back that Al said he was over whatever medical condition he had and was looking forward to returning to MSG, but heard nothing back.

Make of this what you will.

Really? Man, you've missed some real good hockey.
That being said, am I ever glad I didn't bother filling out a bracket!

Yeah I'm doing okay in my pool (pick winner/games every round) but way too many couldn't clinch it losses for me

I've been too busy with life stuff. I am also trying to get outside more. We went to the beach 3 days in a row. Couldn't go last night due to the threat of storms.
