It should be Hedman in a landslide. |

Fox should pick up this award. He did everything he accomplished this year on a very young team thats going through a lot of ups and downs, not to mention they played without Panarin and Zibanejad for extended times.
Colorado was deemed a playoff team when this season started. Hedman is in the same boat.
How would Fox have looked on Colorado or Tampa this year? ....like a Norris winner. |

Rielly was great. But an honourable mention to TJ Brodie who proved he was ELITE. Have you studied his jFresh cards and GTFO%?? Justin Holl shouldn't get Norris consideration, but he'd certainly be a #1 d-man on most teams. If the coach would have played Rasmus Sandin some more than he'd likely be up for the Calder. At the end of the day, this is the greatest roster ever assembled in the cap era and they just got unlucky again. |

Maybe if Fox was any good he would have led his team to the playoffs. |

but let me guess, you are already putting the defenseman who had 22 points for the Grand Rapids Warthogs in the Hall of Fame right?

Before his injury on March 31 Hedman was on fire. Then the injury and while he had a dip in play since he is better then most defenders even with the injury. Doing it all while stapled to Jan Ruuta and Luke Schenn. I am biased but I think he wins. |

This is not me saying Fox should win, because I don't think he will. If we made the playoffs, yes. But, we missed by 10 points.
But, you saying that Fox can't play defense shows that you really haven't watched him play. So, don't try to pass it off like you have. |
