One thing I've noticed with year's final four is that they all have a lot of 30+ Dmen |

The only useful ones are or have been elite players though. |

I think anyone considering Ullmark as a starting goalie should probably have a hell of a second option, or be a rebuilding team with an ace of a prospect coming up sooner than later. |

You just need to have a 1st round pick goalie that’s paid well from being consistently, consistent. |

Id like to avoid Lehner overall but there are a few scenario's I'd take him in, but I'm not giving up anything meaningful for him.
Jarry for Lehner straight up.
Desmith & Petterson for Lehner. |

We really need that third defenseman to play with Marino. I would love to snag Ekholm if he's available. Dream world is Matheson and Pettersson are both gone. |

No matter who the Pens have start in net next season they need to focus on reducing the quality chances against. Ultimately it won't matter who is in net if they do not.
Between Matheson and Petterson Matheson did much better last season. Matheson played up to his contract while Petterson did not. Matheson's contract is one year longer and about $850k more per year than Petterson's. I think they should protect Matheson (despite the length of his contract) and expose Petterson in the expansion draft. I don't think that Seattle will take either anyway - definitely not Petterson. I expect Seattle to take a forward. |

Oh no doubt...just an observation. Keeping in mind age and whether players can be good in playoffs or not... Pens D is pretty young in comparison to final 4's. Tanger is the only one over 30 and he certainly falls into "only useful ones.... Or have been elite".. Had a pretty close to, if not an elite season and 6 points in 6 playoff games. |

That's my thing, I have a smaller concern with age/size. If they are good they are good. That being said sure I'd love to sign or acquire the younger good talent but that costs more. If we can do it great if not get the best players we can. Sid and Guentz weren't so hot but the team was pretty solid this year but definitely could improve. In 2018 the team wasn't that great but Sid and Guentz were putting up Kucherov numbers with 21 points in 12 games. |

Weekes is reporting that talks with Kiprizov have gone cold and may sign with CSKA in Russia. |

They help the Dmen from getting pounded/the Habs were going to get possession of the puck on that play. More times than not the play is fine. The bad plays like that are the minority. Idk why he was fiddling with it though. He had a Hab coming from both sides he should have just sent it on the forehand up in the glass. |

Fleury had the worst brain fart ever, but he’s been outstanding so far. He’s probably the reason they beat Colorado. |

Watched little of the game last night. I did catch Babcock responding to the disparity in shots, "the name of the game is to score more goals, not get more shots." With Neanderthal thinking like that, he'll never coach again. |

Wanango is beautiful course. Short, wide fairways, not a lot of trouble. Quite a few blind shots, particularly off the tees. Greens are well maintained, they are sloped as is typical with older courses.
Definitely a course you need to play if you enjoy the game. You don't need to shape your shots, but it helps if you can. I shot one stroke over my average, so it is a course you can and should score on. I hope to play it again, worth the time and effort.
