What people do not remember, if the regular divisions were in play, Montreal would not even of made the playoffs!! Both Bergevin and the coach would of been gone by now! Montreal is going no where next season with or without Price, losing price and putting Weber on LTIL would add almost another $18M in cap space for Bergevin to BLOW and still not make the playoffs next year. If Francis plays his cards right with all the players out there and side deals like George McPhee did in Vegas, any thought of an NBA team or the Mariners competing for a title will take a back seat to the Kraken! With the west being very weak, Seattle should easily make the playoffs their first year and advance from there.

If the media was picking then Price gets picked for sure. But assuming Ronnee Frances has half a brain, he won't screw his roster with that contract. We'll know in 12 days, well 8 more days now.
