Vegas swung 10 deals as part of their expansion and just asset hoarded along the way, allowing them to trade for stone, Pacioretty... Etc. They left the expansion draft with 3 first round picks.

Francis didn't leverage for one single deal so far, and largely didn't even pick the best player available to them.

This is a complete embarrassment.
