Not impressed with the whole thing. The nonstop leaks, questionable selections, perhaps Francis overplayed his hand cause no side deals have been announced. This team will be just like Francis Hurricane teams boring uneventful and irrelevant.

Part of me wonders why they didn't take Tarasenko, Johansen, Skinner, Price and try to do what Vegas did and establish a winning team first.
They seem to be all-in on the tank.
Hockey has already failed there, I don't know if this is what's best for the team.
Sure Skinner, Price, etc... bad contracts, however, a change of scenery, a fired-up fanbase, and a fresh culture could have done wonders for the 3 I just mentioned.
Not to mention, they will have buyouts. They aren't even close to the cap floor right now.
