Parise?... no more than a 1yr deal if anything. He has his injuries too, just like Tarasenko. Tarasenko has some youth on his side in comparison, but we know Parise would be good in the room. I just envision Jack thriving more with Tarasenko and just hoping Parise can keep up. Jack needs to dish to shooters, not wait for Parise to get to the front of the net.. if he even can.

Hopefully 1-2 years. He’s going back to Michigan this year and he said he’ll see where he’s at after that, may go back for a 2nd or be ready for NJ.

Most likely 2 years from now. I think he will(and should) follow Quinn's footsteps and do 2 years in college

He is a Lou guy and has no connection to the current devils

Parise would kind of be a letdown when we were pondering Meier and Tarasenko. But we got Hamilton so I really can feel nothing but satisfaction. If Parise sucks, oh well. Put him on the 3rd line and roll with Sharangovich-Hughes-Kuokkanen again.

I just can’t believe Philly got Jones. They need a solid steady goalie more than just about anyone.. and they pickup the most inconsistent guy. Halak or Reimer would’ve been infinitely better options.
