I vote for the time Santa RJ almost stroked out live on air and the Sabres organization said nothing. Lol & that was before all this fake "HIPAA" stuff going around (only applies to medical professionals lol) . I actually correlate how old and depressing RJ is w the overall dark days of suffering w this team. It's kind of sadistic to trot and old man out to yell get off my lawn @ Rob Ray and reminisce about being a boozehound & early bird specials!

The Sabres stick to their doctors plans to have old school surgery:
Clearly delayed as long as eichel can delay it.

I do not see the Sabres risking the "asset" attached to eichels health.

Signing waivers ect. For the $50 million, does not protect eichel the asset.

No need for the quick surgery, shows that the Sabres fall to pressure applied by agents and hurts tank4.

Plenty of time to trade eichel, even if rolls past july 1st next year. His limited team list isnt going to completely spoil all trades.

None of that can happen until the situation is resolved. Why haven't they gone to medical arbitration yet? There must be a reason that they haven't. Maybe the team thought that one of the teams would be ok with the surgery.

I thought the cba says that he can't just go and have a procedure without the team's approval. However, arbitration is available if they can't agree. Is he afraid of losing? If they wanted more rehab he would still be getting paid.

2- another team might be ok with Jack’s medical choice.

3- he’s not as hurt as he is making it out to be. After the trade, it’s a miracle that rehab worked.

im not sure ive ever heard an original thought or nuanced opinion from Hammy, just generic cliches about 80's hockey. Poor guy. I think he is also the reason the App stores are all banning Sugar Daddy apps
