Pretty good rundown on chiclets of the eichel situation where the team wants him to get a fusion and he and his team want an artificial disc replacement which is a much quicker recovery and if it doesn’t work there is always an option for the fusion down the road. Bottom line Buffalo is an absolute joke and continues to be the worst organization in the NHL.

Add in the cost to acquire him as well. Scared to think what the GM would have give up had he want to sign here.

I’m glad what we ended up with. 13m AAV for that top line is really good. That top pair can play in all situations and be effective at all situations. With Ellis’ experience I think he will be a good mentors for Provy.

he seems to read the play well, takes good routes and gets there in time to get his body into the play. If he stays healthy and improves just a little, it is a sneaky good add to the squad
