that’s it! Vantel just brought back a flood of memories. I remember those scrambled channels. So funny.

We used to have to hunt for actual porn. Now it’s everywhere.

I can remember babysitting and after the kids had gone to bed searching the house like an FBI agent in search of hidden tapes. Not often, but I found one or two, and a few stashes of weed.

God we hated that movie . For about two years when someone would come to the door and yell CABLE GUYYYYYYY and start laughing. It was to to point where you wanted to just punch them in the face like in the movie Groundhog day.

Some of the movie was accurate but took a left turn very early then turned into one of the dumbest JC movies ever. Killed his career

Not sure if you’all have seen this building but it’s reached prime time!

Can’t believe the Met Gala failed to invite the biggest influencer of our times: Nicki Minaj’s cousin’s friend’s balls.

He did have some after like Truman Show Bruce Almighty but I am not sure they were as good as his early stuff . He did have stuff like Liar Liar but I will say most of his stuff after was no where near some of his early stuff. I am sure though he was happy making his millions.

23, was that Jim Carey? Horror/thriller. Think he’s become a bit more serious now.

Edit - Man on the Moon and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Me Myself and Irene were all after Cable Guy (plus a dozen others)

He is more serious even though Ace Ventura 3 is in the works. I think early in his career he was must see now not as much.

Jimmy Kimmel just said it best. He not only made us laugh , he made us laugh hard.

His Roast of Bob Saget is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. Every comedian at those things treats it like an opportunity to be as crude as possible. Norm went in a different direction.

I’ve never been a big fan, just saying I think he’s remained relatively successful. Yes, D&Der and Ace Ventura were hilarious (first time)
