Well they broke the line up, Bratt was with mercer in the 3rd.

But our PP again wasn't very good, yes Nico scored on it but it seemed like buffalo was able to clear the puck with ease and no pressure with the extra man. And zacha scored 3v3, I am not complaining that we won or that they scored just that I wish the PP showed some life and that we can score 5v5.

You'd think with all the ads, the site would work better

Yeah these ones that pop up at the bottom are a pain, ad blocker helps but frustrating......it's like YouTube they started with an add then it is 2 and some are over 2mins long and it's all fine and dandy if you are near and can press skip but it's still a female dog when it comes on during the video

Special teams is still a problem, but after that first period our 5v5 play was dominant. If Tokarski doesn't put up a huge performance this game would have a much different score line.

Apparently Blackwood has had his first shot and is looking to get the 2nd one soon so he made up his mind already. I'm guessing something about not being allowed back into Canada or getting himself cut from the Olympic roster played a big part in it.

I think Blackwood gave it a long insightful thought process and decided in favor of the shot. No issue there. This team, although 3-1, have not been overly impressive, and goal-tending to date has not been the issue. Daws needs work in the AHL, Wedgewood is what he is. Blackwood and Bernier are what will help make or break this season (not pressuring for playoffs, just give this team time to gel and be competitive).

I get Blackwood's hesitation to the vaccine. You would think if you already had Covid, your natural antibodies would be better than any vaccine. Glad he got the poke to move things along tho.
