Love trying to reply or post & have to fight off all the fricken adds popping up. Almost feels like the maple leafs against every team this year! Lol.

Has Tippet been able to shelter Keith with 10 minutes or less per game? What I've seen on the highlights looks awful.

Oilers fans shouldn't get too cocky, their schedule has been pretty soft and they have been outplayed for long stretches

Great blog.

Flyers will be the Oilers first good + opponent this year. Hopefully they are ready.

flyers are gonna show no respect to the Oilers PP and take unnecessary penalties and get sliced up

Then they should fire the coaches immediately. That is all the oilers have is the power play. The first and most important topic in the meetings should be don’t take penalties.

I think it is reasonable to be concerned with Smiths durability, and Koskinens ability, through the full season. Still, if the D was sound in front of them, they should be an acceptable tandem, the offense alone should seal us a seat in the dance. Biggest problems arise once we get there.

What a getting penisy on here? So far fans have been a bit critical, in spite of the record. Maybe time for you to get bent?

Agreed about that third line.
While McD and LD have been otherworldly as usual, the third line has been helping in shaving off some of the load from the main guys. Helps with matchups and keeping possession. Good to see.

Hyman, the continual emergence of JP, and RNH have been doing well in providing much-needed secondary scoring too. Hopefully, Yamo picks it up soon.
