What about to the victims and families of his wrath. Screw him, he's only saying those things because he got caught.

He made everybody’s life a living hell. I’m with you, (frank) him. It’s so good that so many of these bastards are having their day of reckoning.

What did he actually do? All I can find is that he entered an alcohol assistance program and stepped down

He was abusive to everyone he dealt with apparently. So bad that people went to the league for help. One person said it was verbal warfare every day.

I think he’s trying to save face by announcing the rehab thing, like saying it was the fault of the booze.

Here's what I was told. Of course, everyone knows Barstool Bob was always an old-school hard-ass. He always was a drinker but it never got out of hand. Then the pandemic hit. When he returned after the layoff he apparently started drinking more while away and the hiring of Jeff Solomon and the promotion of Martin Madden pushed him over the edge. He became a paranoid lunatic who was constantly threatening to fire any employee who disagreed with him. The thing that pissed these guys off the most was that Murray always did this to the office staff. The story about him doing it to players was false. Murray would pressure employees working for Solomon and want to know who and what he was talking about. When Murray was told to ask Jeff about it, that's when the verbal abuse escalated. The other problem was that he hid this really well from the Samueli's and especially Micheal Schulman, who is president and runs the day-to-day business. Fortunately, the memo from the NHL came out and it highlighted verbal abuse as a reason to report someone so 10 employees made a report. The Samueli's found out about it and suspended him the next day.

Is this from golf yesterday? I'll keep the name anonymous but was told that BM always had the hard nosed mentality with several employees and could be toxic to be around.

Yeah, they came out yesterday, and of course, that's all I wanted to talk about.
I NEVER name names anymore. A while ago I was told of the Joffrey Lupul trade to Toronto by a guy who is no longer with the Ducks. Unfortunately, the Toronto contingent on here went nuts and while I didn't give up the guy's name, I told them what department he worked for (he was in media). Well, apparently the Ducks somehow figured out who it was and they suspended him for a week. I felt like sh!t but he was cool with it. We played golf the whole week.
