It’s been fun watching this rebuild over the past couple seasons.

Quick has really found a resurgence. It’s going to be a fun game against a heavy/talented Jets team.

Keep it up, Kings!

3 of the 7 wins were against the bottom 2 teams in the East and another 2 were against teams that were the bottom 2 in the East last year. Good for them for beating teams that they should beat, especially without Doughty, but they could go back to losing at any point.

Roster spot for Clague, yes. Nightly lineup spot for Clague, no. He'll be the 7th defenseman for quite a few games once Doughty comes back. Strand will get sent down and Maatta and Clague will take turns in the press box.

Brown needs to go to a 4th line/13th forward role. I can't wait until he's out of this organization. He sucks.

You guys are brutal!! Team is in rebuild! It’s structure! They’ve bought in! Will it last? Who knows but it’s great to watch!

My beef with Brown is that he's a detriment. He should show competency and worth for those first line minutes instead of possibly getting them because of his contract and status. Sure, he has the potential to score and Kopitar is comfortable with him although that potential is waning. But merit should control playing time. Sentiment should not dictate where and how much a guy plays. We can't rebuild if we are stuck in the past with a heavy anchor who happened to captain our two Cup teams.
