I'm from Quebec province and watching a lot of Panthers games.
Always entertaining games.
Hubidoubidou is surely in the top 5 best forwards in the NHL.

I just hope Florida fans will be back in the stands at some point because they will need money to keep this core togerher.

How about Valamaki for Tippett? Seems like each team would be acquiring a need for some high pedigree kids that havent taken the next step yet but are young & capable of doing so in a new environment.

Not ready to give up on Tippett; he's still young, maturing, and gaining experience.

So far, he's been allowed to develop without too much pressure or expectation, although many had high hopes that he'd be "instant impact" in the NHL. He's definitely better off in Florida that in a Canadian media market.

However, it would be a good time for Owen to start finishing his chances, showing some of his sniping ability, and flashing his strength and speed against the lines and level of competition he's playing against. I think he's done well on the forecheck and board battles over the past year, but frustrated not to be showing the flash skills that got him drafted.

Go Panthers!

Tippett has disappointed for sure. I 100% agree that he's built for the power forward style, and it would change his game for the better if he played that way; however, he certainly doesn't approach the game that way. Not sure what his future holds, but I'd much rather see Lomberg or Hepo in the line up- someone that's giving 100% on every shift- than watch Tippett float around and constantly miss his checks and assignments. he looks lost and lazy half the time. I'd say package him up for a solid stay at home D man (Chiarot?) and let's move on from this experiment.

The problem is is that there has been very little of this sniping we all heard about. I see a lot of high and wide or straight at the goalies chest. Im for giving Hepo more chance but for the love of god get the kid a sandwich my 7 year old looks harder to break then him haha

I THINK ZITO TWO BAD ACQUISITIONS ARE REINHART AND OLLI JUOLEVI. i WOULD TRADE THEM FOR A TOP SIX DEFENSEMAN.

TIPPETT REMINDS ME OF NATHAN HORTON. LAZY AND DOESN'T LIKE TO PLAY BOTH ENDS OF THE ICE.

Why are you yelling?
Reinhart is not a problem, although I was surprised when Zito went after him.
Juolevi didn’t cost anything but guys they would’ve lost on waivers, anyway. Tonight against his former team might be his big chance (as in last? chance, lol) to show something.

Lol, yeah you see him going in for a loose puck and you’re already starting to cringe at the train wreck about to happen...and then he comes away with the puck
He could’ve had a few assists last game, several nice passes.

I am with Shynes when it comes to the snipping ability. He has an incredible release and some serious mustard on the puck, but the accuracy is to be desired.

I was hoping he would do really well (for himself and the team), but I personally think he’ll be part of a trade this season. Could see Reinhart on the move, too for some D help come playoffs.

I was referring to the part in his post about little Heponiemi in my comment, I should of specified. Heponiemi looked decent again tonight. Hornqvist should be back soon, so Heponiemi will sit. Marchment also due back, will Vatrano sit to make room for him? Lomberg, and lately, Mamin have seized the opportunity given them and would be hard to take out of lineup right now. That was a pretty goal by Mamin off the slick feed from Lundell tonight.
Tippett is the odd man out right now, maybe it will be good for him to watch a couple games.

Not to mention when and if acciari gets back... too many guys. Could be good for the playoffs or for trading.
