He's not a top 10 talent. He's an amazing one dimensional player with major downsides.

If they can get him for 9x8, I'd jump at that. Elite playmakers don't come cheap and IMO, he's underrated defensively. He's actually an incredible backchecker. The way he's playing this year, his price tag is going up every day. 10m per would not surprise me. I have a feeling if he was going to resign, he'd have done it by now.

He’s not signing for 5 years, that takes him to 34. He’ll get a long term contract that will set him up for life. It may not be here but someone will offer it.

It’s been like that since it opened, had tickets in the Coral not bad for noise but when the Saddledome opened it was quiet. Except when the Oilers came to town, and we did have that dude on the trumpet that got things going.
