Nice to see that the Wild are almost back to a complete roster. Just missing a skilled C to put in between Fialalalala and Boldy.

Been thinking about the D pairings, since Spurgeon might be back tomorrow and Brodin is skating again. Obviously, Benn goes back to the pressbox. But where does this leave Addison? Kulikov has been a pleasant surprise, along with Merrill. I was really thinking that Goligoski was going to be extended after the New Year. But with Merrill getting extended and Spurgeon, Dumba and Brodin all signed for next year as well...has Addison been good enough to not extended Goligoski now...or will he still be extended and Addison becomes a tradable asset?

I still think Goligoski gets extended and Addison is back in Iowa soon. Then next year Addison is 7th Dman, but plays more often than a 7th would. Eventually moving in to replace Dumba or Kulikov in 2 years. And by next year, hopefully the Iowa Wild have Lambos, O"Rourke and Hunt on their roster, getting the next wave of Dman set up to take over in a few more years. Geurin's plan seems to be working as he is hoping, except maybe the fact that Rossi just might have to play more than 9 games with the big club this year. Only has 7 games left...

Would have been nice for Kapo to get the SO last night as he has been fantastic the past 4-5 games. The Wild did what good times do and that's control the game and pick up another 2 points. Go for the weekend sweep on Hockey Day. Times have changed for Chicago.
