Totally agree. Devils Christmas Tree sweaters are some of my all-time favorites. They should be the regular jerseys.

Idk, the shoulder patch from that jersey also should remain buried and mostly forgotten.
The NHL post doesn’t show any of the og FL jerseys. Probably because the first reverse retros were based off of those.

I’m not sure what I’d do with colors (to fit the “reverse” part of the theme, at least). I wonder if they would even consider using the golden accent color as the primary. I kinda doubt that would really look good, though. Idk. They did the navy blue last retro jersey, this one may just use the white jersey.
I would like to see them use the expansion era Panther with the broken stick logo.
Palm tree/stick shoulder patch, or even the current arm patch to tie the jersey into the present day.

After thinking more about it, Matt may be on to something with using the JetBlue template. The first retros were based off the originals, their really isn’t much left to go off of as far as a retro look. Maybe they switch the light blue to red, idk
