Will be interesting to see how he does in camp this year. I believe he is slated for Bridgeport. Maybe Lambert has different plans.

Here’s hoping he gives Lou and Lambert no choice. 🤞

He better have an off the charts camp to get a shot in making the team. Young players need to really really impress.

Hopefully it leads to trading dead weight Bailey and Beau, making a trade deadline deal for Kane happen?

Regardless, the better Raty and Dufour play, only opens more doors, keep'em or package them!

Let's go Lou!

I highly doubt either (I’ll include Dufor)of them make the team out of camp. Maybe they get a look for a couple games if someone goes down with injury that’s about it. I hope we’re not in a position where they’re needed in all honesty.

I don’t disagree; Räty is almost certainly bound for Bridgeport.

But it wouldn’t surprise me if he made that decision damned hard, and hopefully puts a scare into Bailey, Wahlstrom and Palmieri.

Even Palmeri has been here long enough to know he has nothing to be scared about.

If Trotz was still the coach, I’d agree with you. But Lambert’s opinions on veterans is still an unknown at this point, so I’ll wait and see.

Wow!

So Brossoit is gonna be the Vegas starter? Cause that won’t end well.

Brossoit had surgery this offseason, so who even knows. Not sure if he's supposed to be ready to start the season or not, but that would leave them with Michael Hutchinson and Logan Thompson if he isn't

Part of me is curious what they'd give up for Varly, but I'm still not really high on trading him.

Isles have zero options to backup in the AHL for Sorokin. Yes, could be only 20 games or so but God forbid an injury would destroy the season.

I know that, which is why I don't want to trade him. But I'd still be curious to hear what they'd offer.

Other than their 2023 1st, they have literally nothing I’d want.

Could always trade for a capable backup. Probably wouldn’t cost too much.

Yea.
Ok, would this work on both sides?
Beauvillier and Varly for Marchessault and a mid round pick?

Not 100% certain, but me thinks that deal wouldn’t fit under Vegas’s cap.
