Well just put the Pork Shoulders in the Smoker, low and slow. Add the Brisket here in a hour or so. Gonna be a fun Day and Night. What's on the menu today Boy's and Girls. Today is Pulled Pork and Brisket Day with Barbecue Baked Beans and Bacon Mac&Cheese. And then a little Smoked Cheesecake to finish it off
