First line should be Domi, AM, Bert.
Marner and JT at their salary should easily be able to drive the second line. Will be interesting to see Willie back but probably only has the juice for 3rd line duties.
Lilly clearly cant handle the size of Bruins forwards. This summer Lilly and Brodie move on.
Huge game Saturday. Leafs need to not take any dumb penalties and play that elusive Mature game, and work like they did game two.

Willy is part of that new show coming to Amazon right? I wonder if they've already begun filming and caught any of this past week or so. Would be interesting to see the behind the scenes for sure

I am guessing that Willie is concussed but the Leafs don't want to use the word so they went with Migraines....As somebody that suffers with migraines they are awful but you can medicate through and I find it hard to believe that he missed 3 playoff games

If they are migraines as reported this all makes sense.

If you have ever had a migraine or have someone in your life that suffers from them you understand how debilitating they can be.

My wife gets them and they are fairly unpredictable (although spring with wild temp swings tend to be when they are more frequent) but she often is unable to do a lot of things that involve loud sound / bright light or fast / sudden or even sustained moment for days. Sometimes a week or more.

She will be up and mobile for a few hours and then suddenly itā€™s back full force and she has to go lie in complete dark.

So long story short I could totally understand why he might be able to go for a short skate but then not play that night and / or be unsure if he can play until itā€™s time to play.

Sucks but it is what it is.

My wife canā€™t ā€œmedicate through itā€ and has tried every migraine med on the market for years. Many people say no matter what one it is no medication work for them.

You are fortunate if you are able to do so.

I rarely do them, but they happen.

And no amount of tylenol would make me want or feel remotely able to play hockey, let alone at an elite level.

New Leaf NCAA signing Cade Webber is having an "awesome time" at prax with team past few days. "A step up from college," he quips. But Boston area native's grandma in Melford, Mass., is a die-hard Bruins fan. "Every night she watches them, but now she's texting me 'Go Leafs, Go'.

Willy likely ready for game 4, Matthews getting healthy from his illness, grandma Webber a die hard bruins fan jumping over to the bandwagonā€¦vibes are high going into saturday

Itā€™s a coin flip for me.

Robertson has had some good chances.

They are valuing scoring depthā€¦and with how their PK is playing I donā€™t think you can be mad at them sitting someone on their PKā€¦itā€™s not like he has been good there

I donā€™t think he would be practicing everyday if he had migraines. I think he was concussed last week and had to wait the 7 day protocol and is eligible to come back Sat. Whether or not heā€™s healthy enough to play well see but I think the effects have lightened if he is skating everyday.

Nylander should offset the need for any scoring depth Robertson brings to the table.

To wit: Dewar is more useful with Willie in the lineup.

Iā€™ve suffered from Complicated Migraines with Aura from grade 6 or so.
Really bad in my teens to 30ā€™s, like one a week. I get them much less frequently now.
I am done when I get them. 2 days minimum and couldnā€™t imagine doing anything physical for 3 or 4 days.
Distorted vision happens first, without warning to the point you cannot see. Then numb lips, fingers, hands, feet. Then the anxiety kicks in because you know whatā€™s about to happen. Pain like sticking a big carving fork in your eye and turning it, then the endless vomiting until dry heaves, the poops, chills and more. Honestly contemplated suicide more times than I can count. Probably would have if I could have functioned. Second day is the headache from the inflammation of the damage the migraine caused. Day 2 is a breeze compared to day 1.
Medication has to be taken within the first couple minutes or it wonā€™t work at all. It lessens the affects a bit, which is helpful. But in my younger years there was nothing to take. I had an understanding, caring mother, who learned how to help me, then later on a wife who learned how to help me deal with it from my mama. I feel for anyone who gets them.
So often Iā€™ve had people tell me they have a migraine, and I think dudeā€¦ youā€™re standing in front of me talking, functioning - you have a headache.

I hear you but Iā€™ve liked robertsons play in the playoffs.

Iā€™ve liked Dewar too.

For me Idc, they both are the same in terms of value helping the leafs win.
