Yes.

By Dopps' estimates, if 80k people in the workforce are affected, and those 80k make up 40% of said workforce, then in a metropolitan area that numbers over a million, only 200k belong in the workforce.

Seems low, no?

However, it you take out tall the jobs that pay min. wage or anything near it then he's probably much closer than you think.

The number I posted reflects part-time jobs as well, and is from last month.

And I'm not sure why you'd exclude minimum wage jobs. If those lazy bums weren't taking Caribbean vacations and buying high-end sports cars, they'd have no trouble buying tickets - even to playoff games.

According to Statistics Canada, the total number of federal government employees working in the National Capital Region in 2016 jumped by 14,000 to 145,000, representing a 10.5 per cent increase over the previous year. Of Those 145,000.........80,000 have had "issues" with the new Pay system, issues that are still unresolved to this day.
