i immediately re-watched the master after i first saw it when it came out a few years ago. loved the pacing of it. i am going to start my re-re-watch now, hopefully i still like it as much

hey the iggy pop album leaked and i downloaded it because i am a man of low moral standards. i've listened to it front to back twice today.

it's a pretty great album despite iggy. his lyrics are terrible and they really bug me. musically, it's somewhere between qotsa's last album and them crooked vultures. there's some really really cool stuff in there.

I think I might have been a bit distracted when I watched The Master. I was kind of bored throughout. I'll watch it again eventually.

Inherent Vice is kind of a fun movie but it's not exactly a future classic. As for the drugs I'd think any would do as long as they last for 2.5 hours.

I sort of just view the Master as a collection of scenes moreso than an actual, compelling story. That movie is all about the acting, IMHO. some (frank)ing unreal performances .
