Vezina finalists are Demko, Hellebuyck and Bobrovsky.

The Flyers trading a future hall of famer for what turned out to be Anthony Stolarz, Taylor Leier, and Justin Auger will never not be funny.

He's not getting a lot of help. End the 2nd period yesterday shots 28-14 in favor of the Avs.

Edit: MP expected goals all situations yesterday was 4.55-1.71 Avs. NST had the expected goals as 3.96-2.5 in favor of the Avs.

Tampa's a different team with Sergachev, Panthers would be wise to finish them off at home tonight

Also Credit the Rangers for completely shutting down Ovechkin. Washington's best player right now is Carlson. That guy is still good.

East to shut down a player who doesn't want to skate. This series screamed retirement for Ovi. I get it...needs 40+ or so goals to beat Gretzky, but he was useless. A bit of an entitled performance by him. I get what he is about to accomplish, but the Caps coach must have been infuriated on the inside. Ovi was like fuuuuuuck, how did we make the playoffs!? He was totally unprepared / unwilling to up his game.

what's amazing though he was scoring goals in bunches after the all star break, like 23 goals in 38 games or something

I think this coaching staff is elite and we may lose the assistants this summer. Peca especially, I heard Ruff wants him and will be the heir apparent when Ruff retires. Point is, the special teams coaching has been phenomenal this year. I assume Peca is the PK guy, Housely the PP guy

Strange that the year Jagr had 123 points he only had 1 playoff point. I don't remember the particulars around that

He was injured from the Olympics. Rangers fumble (frank)ed their way into the playoffs.
